Sedona Yoga Trip
Last week some of us Yoga peeps went to Sedona for a weekend retreat and workshops. It was amazing, we had a great time. Here are some of the pics. I went with my friend Astara from class, she's really cool and can cook really good, lucky me :)

dude...that looks like an amazing trip! And what a beautiful girl! You look so awesome sitting on that rock. We can't wait to hear all about it. Really looks like a cool bunch of people in the perfect place for a little spiritual retreat.

Oh my goodness...you look like you're in your element now that you're a full-fledged yogi. What a great place for a retreat and amazing photos of you on the rocks! You should have shared some of Astara's menus--with pictures. Beautiful girl! Thank you so much for sharing the weekend with us...
